Valuations
A valuation is often required for Probate, Divorce, Insurance Companies and preparing a vessel for sale.
We would conduct a limited visual inspection of the vessel and prepare a short report covering the details of the vessel and using our experience, its value in the market place, given a willing buyer and a willing seller.
This valuation would be given on the basis that a full condition survey would not reveal any major defects substantially affecting the boat's value.
